Markets
Not sure what to build? Start here. Each row is a market governments buy from — how deep the demand is, how many suppliers already share it, and whether something is open right now. A market with steady demand and no dominant incumbent is one you could break into.
How to read a row. Demand is how many awards we hold in that market — evidence that money flows there. Suppliers and concentration are the way in: a market split across many suppliers with a low top-share is contestable; one where a single supplier takes most of the work is an incumbent's to lose. Open is what you could act on today.
How records are sorted into markets. Where a source publishes a classification code (EU CPV, US NAICS, AusTender UNSPSC) it is used directly. Where it doesn't, the market is inferred from the title — good enough to browse, not authoritative. The share of each market that came from a real code is shown, and grows as more coded sources come online.
