What's changing

New and proposed government rules. You can't bid on a rule — but a rule is a market forming. When government mandates something, the services to comply with it get bought a year or two later. Each one here is shown next to the market it touches, and how much government already spends there.

This is a signal, not a forecast. We place each new rule into the market it sits in and show what government already buys there. We do not claim the rule will create work, or how much — only that it is a change in a market with existing demand, which is where new demand tends to come from. You draw the line.

Rules come from the US Federal Register and UK GOV.UK consultations. Where you can respond, the closing date is shown — responding is influence, not revenue.
